Scope of This Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all services and credit purchases made on the Travel Softdrive platform, including:

  • • Our marketing website at travelsoftdrive.in
  • • Our SaaS application at app.travelsoftdrive.in
  • • Our mobile applications (collectively, the "Platform")

No Refunds Policy

All credit purchases on Travel Softdrive are final and non-refundable. By purchasing credits, you acknowledge and accept this policy. Please ensure you understand your requirements before making a purchase.

1. Credit Purchases

1.1 Non-Refundable

All credits purchased on the Platform are non-refundable under any circumstance. Once a credit purchase is completed, the transaction is final and cannot be reversed, cancelled, or refunded.

1.2 Non-Transferable

Credits are non-transferable. Credits cannot be transferred, sold, or assigned to another account, user, or entity. Each account's credits are exclusive to that account.

1.3 Credit Usage

One (1) credit is consumed per completed booking processed through the Platform. Credits are deducted automatically upon booking completion.

2. Account Closure and Termination

2.1 Voluntary Closure

If you choose to close your account, all unused credits in your account will be forfeited immediately. No refund will be provided for unused credits upon account closure.

2.2 Account Termination

If your account is terminated by Travel Softdrive for any reason (including violation of Terms of Service), all unused credits in your account will be forfeited. No refund will be provided under any circumstances.

2.3 Account Inactivity

Credits remain valid as long as your account is active and in good standing. However, if an account remains inactive for an extended period, we reserve the right to close the account, resulting in forfeiture of unused credits.

3. Service Disruptions

In the event of planned or unplanned service disruptions, Travel Softdrive is not obligated to provide refunds or credit adjustments. We will make reasonable efforts to restore service availability but make no guarantees regarding uptime.

4. Third-Party Disputes

Travel Softdrive is a platform that facilitates transactions between customers, operators, and suppliers. Any disputes arising from bookings, services, payments, or other matters between users are strictly between those parties. Travel Softdrive:

  • Is not a party to agreements between customers and suppliers
  • Does not arbitrate or mediate disputes between users
  • Will not provide refunds for disputes arising from third-party transactions
  • Is not responsible for the quality, timeliness, or completion of services provided by suppliers

5. Payment Gateway Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your payment provider for a valid credit purchase, we reserve the right to immediately suspend your account and pursue recovery of the disputed amount plus any associated fees.

6. Pricing Changes

Travel Softdrive reserves the right to change credit pricing at any time. Pricing changes will not affect credits already purchased. No refunds will be provided due to pricing changes.
