When corporate clients send booking requests via email, our intelligent AI reads the email, extracts guest name, pickup/drop locations, vehicle type, date, and duty type, and creates a booking for your review. It handles bulk requests too — 10 cars from a single email. The system learns your customers over time and gets more accurate with every correction.

Pricing & Credits

How does credit-based pricing work?

1 credit = 1 complete booking. That single credit covers booking creation, driver allocation, GPS tracking, duty completion, pre-invoice, final invoice, and e-invoice generation. No per-seat fees, no hidden charges.

Do credits expire?

No. Purchased credits never expire. Only promotional or bonus credits may have an expiry date, which will be clearly mentioned.

Can I get a refund for unused credits?

Credits are non-refundable once purchased. However, since they never expire, you have unlimited time to use them.

Is there a free trial?

Yes! New accounts receive free credits to explore the platform. Contact us or book a demo to learn about the current trial offer.

Why credit-based pricing instead of per-seat?

Per-seat pricing penalizes growing teams. With credits, you only pay for actual bookings processed. Add unlimited team members without extra cost.

Getting Started

How long does setup take?

Most operators are up and running within a day. Basic setup takes 1-2 hours. We provide guided onboarding, data import from Excel, and hands-on support.

Can I import data from Excel?

Yes. We import your existing customer list, vehicle list, rate cards, and driver details from Excel. Historical booking data can also be migrated if needed.

Do I need to install anything?

The main platform is web-based — just open it in any browser. Drivers will need to install the mobile app on their Android phones. iOS is coming soon.

What if my team isn't tech-savvy?

The platform is designed for simplicity. We provide video tutorials, a WhatsApp support group, and live training sessions. Many of our operators started with zero software experience.

Can I use it alongside Tally?

Yes. Our invoices are GST-compliant and can be referenced in your Tally entries. Direct Tally integration is on our roadmap.
