Know who owes you money, and let the reminder send itself
Customer statements, supplier statements, aging buckets and overdue tracking, all drawn from the same ledger your invoices post to. Turn on automatic dispatch and every party gets their outstanding statement on the cadence you set — without anyone remembering to send it.
No credit card required. Set up in 15 minutes.
Without it
- ×You find out a customer is 90 days overdue when you need the cash, not when it happened
- ×Statements are assembled by hand in Excel, so they go out late or not at all
- ×Two people chase the same client and a third chases someone who already paid
- ×Supplier claims a bill is unpaid; you claim it is settled; neither of you has a statement to point at
- ×A customer payment arrives covering eleven invoices with no advice, and sits unallocated for weeks
- ×TDS deducted by the client is never recorded, so your outstanding is permanently wrong by 2%

What's inside
Customer and supplier statements
A full statement for any party — every invoice, credit note, receipt and adjustment in date order with a running balance. Generated as a PDF from the ledger, so it agrees with your books by construction rather than by luck.
Automatic statement dispatch
Switch a business group to automatic and outstanding statements go out on your chosen cadence — one mail per customer, or one consolidated mail for the whole group. No party is ever mailed twice in the same period.
Aging buckets
Receivables and payables split across aging buckets so the conversation stops being 'they owe us a lot' and starts being 'four lakh of this is past ninety days'.
Overdue invoices and overdue bills
Two working lists: what customers have not paid you, and what you have not paid suppliers. Both sortable by age and value, so the follow-up order is decided by the data rather than by whoever shouted last.
One payment, many invoices
Receipts allocate across multiple invoices, and a single bank line can be matched to many transactions. That is how payments actually arrive in this business, and forcing them one-to-one is what makes outstanding figures wrong.
Payment advice handling
Client remittance advices are ingested and matched against open invoices, with TDS deducted at source inferred and recorded so the receipt reconciles to the rupee instead of leaving a permanent small gap.
Collection efficiency
How much of what you billed you actually collected, and how quickly. The number that tells you whether the follow-up process is working, tracked over time rather than guessed at.
Opening balances carried across
Bring party-wise opening balances with you when you migrate, so outstanding on day one reflects the full relationship and not just the invoices raised since you switched.
Frequently asked questions
Who receives the automatic statements?+
Each party's financial contacts, resolved from the organisation record. Automatic sends copy the same people your team last copied on a manual mail to that party, so the addressing does not silently change when you turn automation on.
Can I send one statement for a whole group of companies?+
Yes. You can send per organisation — each entity gets its own statement — or consolidate the whole business group into one statement addressed to the group's pooled finance contacts. Both are the same setting the manual send uses, so what you preview is what goes out.
Could a customer receive the same statement twice?+
No. Every dispatch is logged, and a party already mailed within the current cadence period is skipped. You also get a full send history, so you can always show a client exactly when their statement went out and to whom.
How is supplier outstanding different from customer outstanding?+
It runs on the same ledger from the other side — supplier bills, debit notes, payments made and adjustments — so you can see what you owe each supplier as precisely as what each customer owes you. Operators who both hire out and take work from partners need both, and both are here.
Does recording TDS cost extra?+
No. Recording TDS deducted by a customer against a receipt is part of the core receivables loop and is included. So is everything else on this page.
